Employment and Social Issues
Life in Europe continues to be formed by financial, economic, social, and employment crises. These realities affect many people and households in Europe, including the people who make up CEC Member Churches.
CEC monitors European policies meant to overcome these crises. We also reflect on how our experience and theological traditions can contribute to a socially inclusive and sustainable European policy. Most CEC work in this area is carried out through the Church Action on Labour and Life (CALL) Network. We also cooperate with ecumenical partners, including Eurodiaconia.
