    Slovenian EU Presidency: Churches meet with Ambassador Jarc

    An ecumenical delegation of the Commission of the Bishops’ Conferences of the European Union (COMECE) and the Conference of European Churches (CEC) participated in an online meeting on 15 July 2021 with Mr. Iztok Jarc, Permanent Representative of Slovenia to the European Union, exchanging on the priorities of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

    Churches urge urgent action at COP 26

    As plans are made to hold the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of Parties (COP 26) talks in Glasgow from 1-12 November 2021, Global Prayer and Action Chain, a multi-faith initiative coordinated by Christian Aid is collecting signatures from all over the world for this petition, which will be delivered to the COP Presidency.
